Turning off points for position and anchor

My company makes video demonstratoins for software and web companies. We use a lot of client screens for building their product. In AE CS5 when you drop an image on the timeline it will sometimes put the image on points ie (358.5). AE will sometimes put the position and anchor on points. When that happens the screen will become blurry. Is there anyway in AE to turn off the points to where the image will only snap to solid numbers ie (385.0). I know I can go in and edit the value for the points on position and anchor but it would really help speed things up on building if there was an option to snap to solid value.
