I am getting a crash on startup of AE CS6. Mine is

I am an IT Consultant so I have done some troubleshooting. I ran applejack, deleted prefs, uninstalled fxfactory, reinstalled AE, and got rid of QT avi/wav stuff. PPro has been fine, this is the first time I am trying AE since the CS6 (Prod Premium) upgrade. I also have Dreamweaver CS6, FCP Studio, and FCPX on this MacBook Pro if that matters. I do not have multiple instances of Q32 running.
Anybody solve this?
