AAE problem (Pre render-Loading time)

Hello guys,

Saturday i wanted to upload my video to Youtube but i coudn't because there was a problem.

I pre rendered my video and openend it as Comp_1 in my map(AAE automatically saves my pre rendered video in my own map). But it takes a long long time to load and everytime it stops loading and I have to wait for a couple of seconds why it loads further.

I open my video with VLC Media Player.

Please help me!
