AE writing out using ffmpeg, possible?

I'm wondering whether there are any clever methods to writing our ProRes 4444 files from after effects on the windows platform.

There are several apps that wrap a UI around ffmpeg and its various prores compatible codecs

I've seen a method using a frame server to push data to a waiting encoder but believe there's an 8bpc limit to that approach (it also seems a little unreliable)

So is there a plug in for ffmpeg, or an approach that may allow me to directly write out prores movies files from AE without writing out and then encoding as a separate step?
