Anchor Path with Video

Hi! I have this work project that I'm trying to figure out how to achieve the way my boss wants it. Once the video is not moving I was able to do a moving path to show a route someone would walk. But the beginning of the video starts close up at one location and kinda moves up the street before it pans out and shows whole image. He wants the path to start zoomed in and move with the video. I've Googled and couldn't find anything that would be close to this. Is there a way to do this? Or, am I going crazy for no reason? LoL Thanks! Need ASAP if possible.
