Just wanted to throw this out there. I like Mesh Warp a lot, but I wish it had finer controls. Like, a separate property for every vertex and tangent. Similar to Bezier Warp, but controls for every row/column vertex. I would like to be able to nudge each vertex by a numerical value rather than eyeballing it with my mouse. This would be excellent.
I'm guessing there's some way to make Displacement Map work like this. Not sure how that would work. If anyone has any advice on how to set up Displacement Map to work like Mesh Warp (except with finer controls) I'd be interested to hear about it.
