Card dance looks blurry

I am using the card dance effect on an image the comp starts with many parts of my image off screen then they fly in to form one image. However I have noticed when they fly on they look really blurry even at full resolution. Im not sure why.  I cant see any setting in the card dance effect that would do this.    Please see image attached
