In after effects CS4 , the video keeps being like in the image I attached (With a black part at the top) althou it isn`t captured like that ... I tried to change the format but nothing happened.So What is this ? And how can I remove it ? Also I would like to know the supported formats by After Effects CS4.Thank you.

Someone answered me and he advised me to remoe last update but I don`t know how ... so can someone tell me how.
