'Numbers' Effect Crashes Ae CC

Hi all,

I'm getting the following error message:

After Effects error: crash occurred while invoking effect plug-in "Numbers".

whenever I use the effect text > Numbers (i'm just applying to a solid for now). Which is followed by a crash.

I've used this effect a lot before, but not yet in the CC version of Ae. Anyone else have this problem? Or can anyone think of a solution?
