AE CC wont open. Last log message was:

all the other cc apps works fine.

i tried to uninstall and install but no change.
i work with macbook pro, and i saw in another discussion that there is a problem with some graphic cards. i dont think thats the issue here.

Graphics  Intel HD Graphics 4000 1024 MB

this is the first time im trying to open AE CC

AE CC 12.1
