RE: Adding Slices To The Movie

Hello Everyone.

I finished editing a movie In premiere pro and I Exported as a MPG File. Inside After Effects, I would like to add 5 Slices, so I can animate 5 different sections.

I dont think I can Slice a video Inside After effects. I can export my video as a Premiere Pro file, or open it Inside After Effects.

What Is the best and correct way to do this
