Memory Problem!? Nothing Works OS X Mavericks

I have never had this issue before I "upgraded" to OS X Mavericks

Getting this error constantly.  Anything that requires rendering hangs and throws this error.  I can just open AE, create a new composition and then close AE and I will still get a memory error... Warpstablizer freezes at exactly at 390 frames and when I reduce the clip to 350 frames, it will complete anylizing and then throw a memory error after.

2.9 GHz i7, 16 GB DDR3, Samsung 840 Pro SSD, Intel HD Graphics 4000 1024 MB
