Cs6-? bring in a comp from another AE file?

Hi All,

I am not sure how get this question across... I have an AEA file that I have incremented and saved. However I want a comp from my first TL save and bring it into my later saved v2 file... How do I get that desired comp from the first version,  into my incremented and saved second version?  Too late for a revert. Thanks
