How do I make 3D text not glitch when a 3D camera tracker goes across the text?

I use After Effects CC and am having trouble with the 3D camera tracker.

The video works fine, until at the end, when the camera moves through the text. When it moves through the text, it starts to "shake" the text. When the camera moves back away from the text, it stops shaking again.

Can anyone help me out? It would be much appreciated. And let me know if you need further clarification on anything. Thank you.
