Can't save after installing 12.0.1

Whenever I try to save, be it an old project or a brand new one, I get this Error:

"After Effects error: Can't overwrite file "/Users/Eyelight/Library/Preferences/Adobe/After Effects/12.0/Adobe After Effects 12.0 Prefs.txt" ( 3 :: 3 )"

It only happens after updating to OS X 10.9 Mavericks and After Effects CC 12.0.1

Any solutions to this?
