Trouble when importing Premiere file into After Effects

Hi there, im having an issue with after effects when importing my premiere file using a direct link. In premiere pro im working with the sequence setting dimensions 1440 height and 1080 width. This is fine and displays like this.

However i am going to do some editing on after effects and when i import the file, and set up the composition settings to the same as the Premiere sequence, it says that it is the same dimensions and ratio but displays like this?

Please can somebody help me with this issue.
