Encoded File Lighter than Program Monitor Window

Hey guys,

I've been heavily using AE and PR for over 3 years now, and have never had this happen before. Hopefully someone can help.

I have an After Effects composition that I've comped and graded, and I'm happy with the look. When I export the comp,  the

exported file is much lighter (looks like a gamma shift) than what I'm seeing in After Effects. I know there can be a gamma

shift when using H.264 encoding, so I've also tried encoding my comp with QuickTime ProRes 422 (HQ) and Lossless, but

I have the same result each time.

Here are some stills. I really notice the lightness under the mirror to the left of the shoes. This is just one example - the whole

encoded file is lighter throughout.

Here are screen grabs of various settings for the composition and renderer:

I suspect the problem lies in the Project Settings, where my Color Space is 'None'. It feels like AE is assigning it a color space, and lightening my encoded file. I have

also tried viewing the encoded file in a variety of programs, with the same result each time.

I would sincerely appreciate any help or suggestions. I'm running After Effects CC, and have also tried rendering the comp out of Premiere CC as well as Adobe's Media Encoder.

I'm running OS X 10.8.5 on an iMac, and have a 3.4 GHz Intel Core i7 with 16 GB of memory and a AMD Radeon HD 6970M 1024 MB graphics card.

The footage is a raw dng sequence from a hacked Canon 5D3.

Cheers,

Kyle
