Can Cineform codec be added to AE CSS for output?

I've researched this sideways, but can't seem to find a clear answer. All I want to do is to be able to play 1920x1080 output without stuttering in Premeire Pro. My machine can't handle uncompressed avi's of that size very well. Thanks.
