Mavericks AdobeCC AfterEffects SOLUTION!

Yes, you updated to Mavericks & now it will not work, neither will AdobeCC update for AE, or the manual patch.

 

Me too, however after a bit of digging, I was able to find on the adobe forums, where one of the kind users posted the solution.

 

I just ran it on 5 systems, works like a charm...

Hi guys, I've found a solution.

 

 

Step 1. Delete or rename the  <Startup Disk>/Library/Application Support/Adobe/AAMUpdaterInventory/1.0/AdobeUpdaterAdminPrefs.dat

 

Step 2. Download and install the manual update from Adobe's download page: http://www.adobe.com/support/downloads/detail.jsp?ftpID=5704
