add 3DL LUT in output simulation??

Where can I add a 3dl LUT to be used with the Custom Output Simulation?

I tried to put the LUT in :

C:\Windows\System32\spool\drivers\color

and

C:\Program Files\Common Files\Adobe\Color\Profiles

But, when i tried to get them in the menu of "convert To Simulation Profile", in the custom Output Simulation menu, they never appear...

So, where is the folder to put them in??
