Hi all, I'm test driving After Effects CC, and I'm getting an error code upon launch that it doesn't see Quicktime installed on the system. Now i do have Quicktime installed and it's up to date, so i'm not sure why AE CC doesn't see it, because AE CS5.5 (that I have installed now) sees it fine. Also, when I close AE CC, I receive this error: "After Effects error: Crash in progress. Last logged message was: <536> <ae.blitpipe> <2> HardwareBlitPipe Disengaged" and this this one comes up after selecting ok: "After Effects can't continue: sorry, After Effects has crashed. For After Effects support, go to http://www.adobe.com/go/learn_ae_support. If you still can't resolve the issue, please contact Adobe Technical Support (2). ( 0 :: 42)" And then I get the Windows 7 compatibility message which says that After Effects CC has crashed.
What could be the problem here? Thanks
