Searched them all. Help please. Error (77::66)

Using CS4,  i7 processor, 16 gig of ram, Windows 7.  I can't render the comp.  Keep getting this error message:

I have tried many different settings as suggested above.  The error message still returns.

Any suggestions?  Reccommendations?
