Error missing data in file 33 : 4

Hello all.I have a problem with cs6.When i finished a project i saved.When save procesing finished i closed my pc but not with the normal waya(i closed it with the button behind) and then when i opened again the pc and opened the project this error showed up "Error missing data in file 33 : 4".All the methods that i found in internet didnt helped , like to copy the project at other hard disk and then import it as file.Please help me, i was making this project 1,5 months
