This may have a simple solution (and probably does), but I can't find it. What I'm trying to do is to import an AI file into AE 5.5 as original vectors. I need to be able to scale up to about 12,000 percent and then back down to 100 percent for the effect of an extreme closeup being zoomed out. The point of vectors, of course, is that you can do this without losing resolution... but no matter what I try, AI files keep being imported as raster files. When they're scaled up enough, the pixilation starts. There HAS to be a way around this!!! There are so many smart people here-- I'm sure somebody knows the answer.
