My files are HUGE after I render them

I have a 30 minute video that's over 200 GIGABYTES.  I'm fairly new to after effects, I just know the basics of how it works.  If this is an easy fix please don't hate me for posting a dumb question .  I use lossless settings but I don't think that should make the files baloon like that.
