CC Snowfall problem.

Hi, I was watching the looping partical system located here: http://library.creativecow.net/articles/rabinowitz_aharon/CC_Looping_P articles/video-tutorial

I want to create a cc snowfall loop and it should be possible as he said in the video but the CC snowfall effect doesnt have a birth rate as he used CC partical systems II

Does anyone know how to make a snowfall loop or find the CC snowfall birth rate?
