Stabilizing horizon without usable track points

I shot some timelapse sequence on a cruise ship, some of the sequences are just simply the sky and horizon.

import the raw file in after effect and try to stabliize the movement of horizon in aftter effect but it doesn't work.

as it has no usable tracking points, searching answers in the forum here, but couldn't to find any.

and try Google for solution, found a solution seem workable.

but the thing is I'm very new to after effect, not sure how to do this in after effect, once I open wrap stablizer, the layer with two vertical lines will not show up in wrap stablizer.
