Trouble Updating with After Effects CS5

When I try to update After Effects CS5 or any of my other Adobe CS5 programs (I have about 26, so I think I have every one), Adobe Application Manager comes up with the error message: 'Some updates failed to install ... The following updates were unable to install. If you wish to install these updates, please fix the problems below and retry: Adobe After Effects CS5 10.0.2 Update

Another instance of Updater is running. Please try again later.'

What can I do to fix this problem?
