Properties slider isn't there?

I really don't know what to call it but here's a screen:

I forgot to highlight it in the pic, but I have the dropdown on one of my videos down and the values of the opacity, scale, etc. are not shown. This just happened today when I ran After Effects. Anyone know why this happened?
