Best way to shoot this scene, stitch together plates, or green screen?

I have a shot where I am walking in front of an actor, with him framed on the right side of the screen, "Actor A." Then over "Actor A's" shoulder, (on the left side of the screen) another character comes into view, "Actor B." At the end of the shot the camera move stops, and I want to ramp the speed of actor "A" so he turns around very quickly, while actor "B" maintains normal speed (which is him walking towards camera as well). Is this best way to shoot this with two seperate plates and stitch them together (If so, what is the best way to stitch the shots together)? Or is it to green screen actor "A" or "B" and add them in? Keep in mind the camera is moving backward while actor "A" moves towards it, while it is moving actor "B" is also in the shot. The speed ramp of actor "A" will occur once he stops moving (he is going to whip around extremely fast), at which point the camera will also be stopped.
