After Effects CC(2018)で作成した短い動画（3秒）をswfに書き出すため、CC(2014)→CC→CS6と経由し、CS6からswfに書き出しをしました。
swfファイルが確かに作成されるのですが、開くと真っ白で、動画の内容が反映されません。
（swfファイルを開くと、FlashPlayerは起動しますが、極小の真っ白なウィンドウが開くだけです。インターネットブラウザでも同様に真っ白です）
以前にも同じ方法で10秒のかなり重い動画をswfに書き出したのですが、そちらは問題なく成功し、今でもファイルを開くと正常に再生できています。
（これをテストとしてもう一度、上記と同じ手順で書き出してみましたが、やはり問題なく書き出せました。）
ちなみにMacOS High Sierraで作業しています。
Adobe初心者です。
何が問題なのかお教えいただけるとありがたいです。よろしくお願いします。

I'm trying to load a template I bought which is quite heavy.
When loading it in CS6, it loads very quickly and without problems.
It then only uses 75% of RAM.
When I'm trying to load it in AE 2018 the memory goes up to 99%!
And when I manage to open the main comp, it doesn't show any preview. Meaning - all is black.
Trying to play a preview does nothing. (well, of course, there is no memory to work with).
However, simple compositions on the same projects do play well.
I've followed this guide, but it didn't help.
I'm also attaching a part of the project here, it might help someone recognize the problem.
I would appreicate your help.

Windows 7 Ultimate 64-bit, Intel i7 4GHZ, 16GB RAM

Don't know if this is the right place to ask. Would it be possible to remove the woman with the camera in this shot and would it be very time consuming to do so? I myself are new to this and I'm not sure I can handle it.

I've searched everywhere for a solution but I cant find one anywhere. I tried to mask it, layer blends, roughen edges, take off the adjustment layer, sample quality but there is still a pixel "shadow"
I want to remove the entire background of this similar shot and have only Omran in it with a green screen background. I have eliminated some but it doesn't remove other colors using VideoPad, so I got Adobe After Effects. The sequence shows the cameraman moving the position of where he is only a few times. Will After Effects maintain subject position. I've never used After Effects before. Need Help !

I have a problem to make an effect in AE. I have a comp representing an animated graph (I use the motion tracking) in 3D. I also have a footage of a river. I want my graph to reflect on the river. Do you know if it's possible and if so, how could I create this effect?

I'm running AE and my instance of Form isn't updating even when I set new keyframes.
I have updated all of my drivers and plugins and still no change.
I have to purge the cache every time in order for any changes to be seen.
Even if I restart the computer, the last ram preview shows up.
Intel Xeon 2.4GHz (8 cores)
Quadro K4200 graphics card
64 GB of RAM
I have also tried to export a sequence with Denoiser 3 in it and it crapped out every time.
After Effects, Premiere Pro, and Media Encoder.
Is the Quadro K4200 not a good card for Adobe?
I'm usually on a Mac, but I'm onsite and the client is on a Dell PC.
I have not used a PC since my Gateway in 1999.
Also, they are going to order a new PC in the coming weeks and I wanted to see what the best GFX card would be.
I have read pros and cons to the Quadro series and the 1080s.
Does anyone have opinions on this?
Would primarily be using the machine for After Effects and editing in PPro.

For years now myself and other animators have complained about this annoying prompt that halts the render process. Most of our output presets use ProRes at a high color depth, but when working in a comp the color space is often set to 8-bit for faster work. When you go to render to a codec that is higher than the comp it give you the "Output color depth exceeds project color depth" that stops the render before it starts, and if you are working on multiple monitors you sometimes miss the prompt as it might pop up in a location you miss. You have to click OK for every single comp that is stacked up, and if you overstrike the number of returns to clear each freaking render, it sometimes accidentally triggers the render "pause" button. I've come back from lunch to find nothing rendered and this annoying, useless, unnecessary prompt sitting there staring at me. Either give us a checkbox on this prompt that says "Do not ask again" or get rid of it altogether, because it doesn't accomplish anything.
My AE comp renders as a full-length video of a black screen (with audio, when enabled). Comp plays fine in RAM preview, and I've tried all types of codecs and disabling RAM intensive effects, though I'm working on a quad-core i7 macbook pro with 8 gigs of RAM, so that shouldn't be a problem. Have followed tutorials to a T, and haven't found any help elsewhere online. Standard 1080p hd output. Please help!
Hi! So I'm trying to make a Kinetic text video and I have my text outlined. However, when I make them a 3D Layer the outline disappears as well as any glow or effect I put on it. I check an old project where I did this effect before on an older computer and opening it on my desktop it has no issues. I'm running on mac. I also notice the text gets really sharp when converted to 3D. Any suggestions as to what's going on here?

Just in case someone else encounters this issue. We have Macs and PCs in our office. We were getting the following two errors on PCs after packaging up a recent project:
After Effects error: There was an error processing this PDF document. (1074397201) ( 50 :: 29 )
After Effects error: cannot reopen an open file. ( 3 :: 130 )
Followed by AE crashing.
Macs opened the packaged project with no errors.
SOLUTION: Prior to packaging, move all assets into folders with PC acceptable names (no \ / : * ? " < > | allowed). We usually do this but missed a folder with a "/" which was translated into an unreadable character (for PC) in the directory structure of the packaged project.
FEATURE REQUEST: A more meaningful error code(s) would have been helpful in tracking down this issue.

I've downloaded the only version of ESTK for Mac that I could find from here: Download Creative Cloud apps
It will not initialize. the only answer I get is "Installer failed to initialize. This could be due to a missing file. please download adobe support advisor to detect the problem"
Adobe support advisor doesn't exist anymore, so that's bunk. After searching on the forums, every has been saying to look in previous version of AE, or renaming the OOB and OOBE folders in the libraries to "OOB.old" and "OOBE.old" but that did squat in both cases.
Everything else i find says that ESTK is a separate app from AE, which is fine, but the only app I can find from above won't install.
Did it just lose support completely? is ESTK useless now? What other options are there short of using another Text Editor like Sublime Text?

Seems very strange , but now every file / clip that I import into AE is very " pixelated " and doesn't fit the selected composition , what is the problem ?
This is how my After Effects Screen looks like since a while ago, all that section just seems to be black, you can see the shapes of the things included in the composition, but not anything else. I tried deleting the preferences, updating my operative system, and i have not succeed my graphics card is a:

ok, so for some reason today whenever i try to edit a video it tells me the display acceleration is disabled. So I looked for an answer and found one. It says to disable “hardware acceleration composition,layer and footage panels” . I tried doing this but the box with “disable hardware accelelation“ is completely greyed out so I can’t even click it. Also I tried applying an effect to my video and it didn’t even show up or work. Please help.
I am not able to open the file.
Since upgrading to the latest AE, I'm getting this error every time I close out of After Effects - basically crashing on exit. Anyone else?
This is on a Macbook Pro (Retina, 15-inch, Mid 2014) 16GB RAM, NVIDIA GeForce 750M. Haven't upgraded the PC workstation yet to see it is replicated on that system.
