The app and all other 'video' app from the cloud service is issuing a error code 0xc00001d and not working.
This is running on win7 64bit with 7GB of memory..
All installed app were removed and JAVA was removed.
JAVA was giving an update error message.
Everything was reinstalled and the error message continues.
Any ideas?

Every time i use undo the layer still not following. only the bounding box . please fix this.
The loading icon just spins then goes away. Occasionally I'll get error code 0xc0000142. Doesn't matter if I attempt to launch through cloud app or from created desktop icon. I purchased a month to month subscription, and have installed/uninstalled, updated, signed in/out, and restarted my PC multiple times... no help.
I'm running WIndows 8.1 Pro (updated from 7) with a 2.8ghz AMD Phenom II processor, 6gb of Ram, and have 800+ gb of available hard drive space. My display resolution is set to 1920 x 1080 (my setup's recommended value), I tried to set it to the 1280x1080 suggested but I don't have that exact option.
I did notice in my random searching that, an (can't remember which one exactly) application associated with Adobe Cloud OR After Effects was listed as 32 bit launcher. I can't find it now that I'm looking for it again, but wondering if I'm running 64 bit, if that could be my problem?
ALSO, I can launch the free trial of Adobe Photoshop through cloud without any issues. (just did it again to verify and got a notice that Photoshop has detected less than the desired amount of vRam, and that I should update my drivers, but clicking continue allows me to run the program just fine.) I don't know how to go about updating my drivers to increase the amount of vRam as the notice suggested.
Since upgrading to latest after effects live preview is not working well. I constantly have to purge memory in order to see the changes I made (Scale, Position, etc.).
Even when I undo the live preview does not update just until I purge.
Did anyone know a fix for that?
Hi Todd, I just installed the very latest update to After Effects CC (Windows 7, 64-bit, HP laptop) and it can't open at all, without the splashscreen even. Any recommendations for a windows user? I've tried reinstalling and there aren't any previous versions to download for it...please help

After Effects CC 2015.1 (Nov 30 update)
AE Project Window does not respond when I make basic changes to layers, e.g. position (these are not even layers with DUIK--totally separate comps). Especially when I Undo, the changes are no reflected in the Project Window.
For example:
1. I move a layer 500 px to the right.
2. I press control-z.
3. Nothing happens in the project window.
4. The numerical value of the position in the Layer Panel *does* return to the original value
5. During playback, however, the the Project Window displays the layer moved 500 pixels to the right.
6. Clearing the cache updates the the Project Window (but I can't work by clearing the cache every time I adjust a value)
Aside from Undo, there are also other times with the Project Window does not reflect adjustments to basic properties of layers, it's very consistent with Undo.
It's so bad that animations will still play even if I Undo the keyframes. I.e. there are no keyframes in the timeline, but the layers are still moving.
Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

I'm having problems starting AFX after downloading and installing the new update.

I been searching for solutions, some redirected me to these forums but I haven't found a correct answer so far.
My PC specs:
AMD Phenom II X6 3.20GHZ
16 GB of RAM
Nvidia GeForce 770GTX 4GB
Main drive: an Intel SSD of 120GB
Secondary HDD of 1TB
And yes, I'm an Adobe CC user, around three years with my membership. First time I ever had a problem with it.

Hello, whenever I press CTRL-Z the object isn't moving back to it's place. The settings says it moves back, but the object does not. Whenever I save the program and reopen After Effects the object went back to it's place like it used to be. (After Effects 13.5)
Just worked a whole music video shot on greenscreen. Each shot keyed out using Keylight, Key cleaner, Spill Suppressor and matte choker. Masked out other unwanted parts frame by frame.
The job was complete and sent to the client. Happy days.
Adobe update arrives and I install to the latest version.
Client returns with some changes to the project so I open up the old project file in the new AFX. For some reason the greenscreen footage that was corrected now has issues, the screen can be see in shots and I have to alter the keylight settings to achieve what I had done before. Why is this? Has the Adobe team found a new way to process the video altering the gamma or have you changed Keylight at all?
Now I have a tiny deadline with a ton of work to do AGAIN which I had already completed. Needless to say this has annoyed me and makes me want to move to Nuke for my future comp work.
Not impressed at all. Some advice on this would be appreciated.
I'm trying to animate a photo cut out of an Aeroplane in After Effects.
I'm doing the animation to the photo starts off small than gets bigger and bigger till the nose and front window of the Aeroplane fill the screen.
I have done this by increasing the 'Scale' of the Aeroplane from small to big using two 'Keyframes' from 0 to 6 seconds. But the animation starts of over the first 3 seconds a faster speed than I want it, then the last 3 seconds the animation slows down moves a lot slower than I want it to. I have tried variations from 0-20 seconds but the animated effect is still the same. How can I control the speed so the Aeroplane moves are a smooth pace.
Up until recently I've been using After Effects CC2014 because I found the initial CC215 release very, very unstable with an incredible number of glitches that rendered it unusable for effective production work.
Over the last month or so though CC2015 became more stable and it worked (mostly) fine.
However I've just updated to the latest major version (version 13.6.0.165), and it's returned be been completely ineffective for actual studio/production work.
FYI Adobe I'm running...
As an example of what doesn't work - i.e. "the most basic things"...
A project that should have taken about 5 hours is taking much, much longer because of the number of software restarts I'm needing to do to try work around CC2015's inadequacies.
I'm not an After Effects novice - I've been using After Effects for years and have not changed my workflow. The things I'm trying to do aren't complex, yet AE CC2015 can barely render a layer in a simple composition.
I have no idea what changes have been made to the preview engine, but it seems entirely screwed in this latest release.
I love After Effects, I really do, but if there was an alternative at this point I'd be more than happy to give them my money instead.
Back to After Effects CC2014 I go!
Hello! I upgraded the Criative cloud and updating After Effects 13.6 is giving the following error: 0xc0000142 the application can not be initialized correctly.
Updated to 13.6 this morning.
Undo no longer works correctly. It does not show what has been undone. If I change somethings positions, scale, etc. Add an effect etc. The only way to show what has been undone is to purge All Memory and Disk Cache.
I'm on a PC, running Windows 10 64bit. Let me know if you need any more info, thanks!
